I have (mistakenly!) ‘locked’ my simcard with all my photos (using the upper right hand side “AE-L key” button) on my Samsung GX-10. Could someone PLEASE tell me how I unlock the card so I can retrieve my photos?
So so so much appreciated, thankyou,
Rosanna

The AE-L button should only lock the Automatic Exposure function. I can only suggest that you refer to your user manual (please don’t tell me that you’ve thrown it away/lost it) which should tell you what you need to do to.
I see no reason for the AE-L button to lock the card so that retrieval is impossible. You should at least be able to remove the card to enable you to download to a card reader, and ultimately to a CD so that you can at least view them while you sort out the problem with the AE-L button.
Try the link below. Nice camera, by the way.
